Once you have established your creative campaign, we can project manage every step of the process, from practical and technical advice on production issues, through to the final bag of mail leaving the postroom. Beginning with receiving and preparing the data. We can print your requirement, set-up the letters/envelopes OR other printed matter for personalisation, laser print the letters (in black or colour) or inkjet the envelopes, manage complete fulfilment of all items by machine or hand as appropriate, and liaise with Royal Mail (or other postal carriers) to ensure timely delivery of your mailing.
Overseas mail is despatched via an international mail consolidator, ensuring very competitive international postage rates are available to all our clients, no matter the size of the mailing.
Every stage of data preparation and print set up is proofed with you and only proceeds once confirmation is received, to ensure no possibility of errors due to miscommunication of briefs etc. Once production has begun random sampling is carried out to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard. Many of our mailroom staff are long term employees who are very aware of the potential pitfall areas in any mailing.
